App for Android and iPhone
The church app on every volunteer's phone
Each person sees their own schedule, confirms in one tap, gets a reminder before the service and opens the setlist with the chord chart in the day's key. It's free for whoever downloads it.
Talk to the team on WhatsAppIn the pocket of those who serve
Everything a volunteer needs to know, without digging through the group chat.
- Your own schedule
- Your next dates on screen, with your position and who's serving with you. One tap adds the service to your phone's calendar.
- Confirm or ask for a swap
- Right from the notification: accept, or ask for a swap. Whoever can't make it offers the spot to a teammate or to the team, and whoever accepts takes it over.
- Reminder before the service
- 3 days, 1 day and 1 hour before, by notification. On paid plans, anyone who doesn't have the app yet gets them on WhatsApp.
- Setlist and chord chart in the day's key
- The setlist comes with the schedule: who leads each song, the service's key and the chord chart that transposes and scrolls on its own.
- I Want to Serve
- Members see the ministries accepting volunteers and apply through the app. The leader gets notified and approves.
- Kids and small groups by QR
- In the Full Management line: the kids ministry QR ticket in the guardian's app and small group check-in with the day's QR.
Questions
How the church app works
IDE Escalas is a church app, on Android and iPhone, where each volunteer sees their own schedule, confirms in one tap, asks for swaps and gets reminders 3 days, 1 day and 1 hour before the service. For worship, the setlist and the chord chart in the day's key come with it. Leadership manages everything in the browser. For volunteers and members, the app is free.
Yes. The IDE Escalas app is free for volunteers and members, and the church uses it free forever with up to 10 volunteers and 2 ministries: manual scheduling, setlists and the app. Every sign-up starts with 14 days with everything unlocked, no credit card.
No. The app is IDE Escalas, the same one on Google Play and the App Store: each person signs in and sees their own church, their own ministries and their own schedules. The church doesn't need to publish or maintain an app.
They still get scheduled and show up for the leader. On paid plans, they get the reminders on WhatsApp; on the free plan, notices go out only through the app. To confirm, ask for a swap or open the chord chart, they need the app.
It shows the service setlist right alongside the schedule, with who leads each song and the day's key — each singer's preferred key is saved. The chord chart opens already in the service's key, moves up or down a half step, scrolls on its own and can play the song's YouTube video.
Yes, on both. Leadership also uses it in the computer's browser, with nothing to install.
