Terms and Conditions of Use

IDE Escalas is church management software as a service (SaaS). We provide tools for managing volunteers, small groups, financial contributions and kids check-in. Access is granted through a recurring subscription.

The Church (Customer) is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential. All activity carried out under the administrative account is the Church's sole responsibility, including the accuracy of the tax information registered for invoicing and receiving payments.

Payments are processed through approved partners (Stripe/Asaas). The subscription is billed in advance. In case of non-payment, access to the system may be suspended after prior notice. Cancellation can be done at any time from the dashboard, with no refund for partially used periods.

IDE Escalas acts solely as a technology facilitator. We are not responsible for chargebacks, financial disputes or fraud committed by third parties in the Church's donation campaigns.

IDE Escalas' source code, design, logos and brand are our exclusive property; copying or reverse engineering is prohibited.
